Will this company ever go bust? Will frank ever be asked to step down?

No Fiserv stock will continue to increase and break 300 by this time next year. Frank is here to stay, Fiserv will continue trimming the fat in this organization every 9-12 months with layoffs.
"The sale to Fiserv occurred because KKR did not want to support the toxic debt Frank took on while bleeding FD dry."
Read "Barbarians at the Gate" by Bryan Burrough and John Helyar. Toxic debt is what KKR takes on when it executes leveraged buyouts (LBO's). Typically, they try to sell off pieces and parts of the corporation to finance the debt, and then sell the remains for a profit. Not sure it played off like they thought it would with FDC
Eventually Frank will paint himself into a corner like he did with First Data, The sale to Fiserv occured because KKR did not want to suppport the toxic debt Frank took on while bleeding FD dry. Frank is running the same playbook and will eventually be in the same position. It may take years, but he will need to break up the parts and sell them off to VS, AMEX, PYPL, or META.
"Time wounds all heels"
Gotta love when First Data fanboy Confirmed_Sources_Say chimes in.
As long as Wall Street continues to feed gambling addicts that like to pretend this is “investing”, prices will continue to go up for stocks whose inherent value should be tanking them. Look at GameStop, it should be near a penny stock by now, but despite closing stores and falling revenue, people think it’s a get rich quick scheme that’s ready to pay off again and keep putting money into it. CrowdStrike basically shut down businesses for a whole day and sc--wed up travel for weeks and their stock has been slowly recovering and will almost certainly get back to where it was. If you are waiting for the hand of karma to strike anyone down, Wall Street ain’t the place for it.
Studies show again and again that people that crave power and money in excess, and have little care about the little guy in the process, are trying to fill a void on the inside. It’s makes them feel good [temporarily]. But the glass will never be full regardless of how much money / power one gets.
Truly happy people don’t crave external validation, don’t need to show the world they are powerful and almighty because they are fulfilled and happy with their lot, and they treat others with kindness and compassion because that’s what they embody.
Happiness is an inside job, and no one can take that away from you.
Ya know what they say Confirmed_Sources_Say... every accusation is a confession. Anything else you want to say about yourself? After all, even frankyboi had to admit productivity was up during WFH.
No. He’s President, CEO and Chairman of the board. He’s in total control. The stock IS flying high and the board are making millions. He’s not going anywhere and the board is totally supportive of him. The layoffs were in FIG, the bread and butter of the company is payments. Frank goes when he decides he wants to retire, like it or not. Sad, but true.
As long as he can twist and twist to wring out residual $s, he'll keep doing so. Long term vision? Nope. Classic KKR pillaging.... The dead husk will get sold for parts when Fearless Leader retires in triumph/infamy. Gotta say though, I think the tank is getting pretty empty...
Google Tom Grudnowski, CEO at Fair Isaac, he axed a ton of people and then left with all the money, built a castle on a mountaintop in Colorado, then quickly died. Karma is a bi--h, and im guessing he didn’t go to heaven.
Let’s see, Fortune 200 company, ranked #1 in FinTech and amongst the worlds most admired companies, and the stock is flying high. So, no, the company isn’t going to collapse just because a bunch of employees think it’s a terrible place to work because they don’t let you sit at home in your PJs and pretend to work.’
The stock is growing and money keeps flowing. So no. The layoffs will continue.
I am not sure but every pr--k gets to eventually be plucked out
