If you were on that payments call with MW and saw the Slido questions its going to get worse. MW was either lying, saying the "RIFs" were retirements and performance related or RIF's going forward will be justified as retirements or performance related to avoid severance.
Add on the lack of clarity around 5 day RTO and expectations, the company will be working those left into the ground. There is no work life balance left in this company. I am actively looking and if you have the luxury you should as well.
Leadership appears to be lying or at minimum acting in an unethical behavior by pushing people out using retirements and performance related reasons.
