Questions Leadership Never Answered

Some context, I work remote and have not been fired (yet)

I work well over 9 hours. In fact its normal for me to work 10-12 hours a day. Many times I work the typical 8-5, but then additionally I have to log in at some inconvenient time, well off the norm, to get more work done that can't be done during my 8-5 shift. My hours are not always consistent.

With RTO, how am I meant to work? Are they expecting me to live in the office? Or am I supposed to travel to work, work 9 hours, then go back home to work again?

Also, what are the expectations for those who work on-call? Many people have 12 hour on call shifts, some even longer unfortunately. Do those that work on-call have to stay in the office the entire time? When should I move my furniture in office?

The biggest losers are those who have to be in office for 8-9 hours then back home do night work. Off hour work is not compensated or reduce your required in office hours.

Not sure of your Org, but FIG mentioned these changes are for in office only not for remote. As in as of right now, they are not requiring remote to be in office.
