I found out that area managers will be on a call with hr Tuesday. I'm assuming they will be coached on how to call their employees and let them know they are being cut so I'm assuming we will find out the next day.

No one seems to be mentioning anything about sales and retention centers. Are these groups under scope as well?

Politics players and favorites who got more raises are more important than tenure. AE making 80 thousand with 10 years of tenure getting more severance pay than an AE who makes 50 thousand and has 35 years of employment.

Does anyone know once they notify you that you can get severance can you leave right away? How are people suppose to try and have a back up plan if we don't even know when our last day will be?
