Anyone with QA in their title are being converted to software engineers?

It would have been a promotion, but since I'm not in hub city I can't even apply. Incredibly frustrating. I suppose those "opportunities for growth" are for only the geographically desirable.

When you are off for 5 days, but you check your emails each evening, and respond to critical ones? Tell me you have not seen this.
