Why do some people already have a future date for the end of the month posted in there suggesting they will be getting a pay change, but some people don't have anything showing for 2022?

Offboarding?
I voluntarily left WF in early December. No exit interview, no info on returning equipment, no info from HR on benefit transitions, and no word on my final paycheck. Is this normal?
Anyone have any details on the upcoming sale of Mortgage?
Chuck wants to be like the other east coast banks. Selling Mortgage and officially moving headquarters out of SF to NYC will go hand in hand.
Anyone seen a new severance plan?
Updated handbook changed all references to be “severance” vs “salary continuation” and says that we should reference the benefits book for details. However, I can’t find any details about what it is. Am I missing it?
Manager Who Does Not Program Assigned Title of Technology Manager or Some Such Title
Manager recently assigned job title of Technology Manager, or some such title, and the person has no idea how to program. This is "odd". Act like they know all about it, but they do NOT.
Branch closed
Has anyone worked for a Wells Fargo branch that closed? If so did you have to work out of a different branch or did you receive severance?
Really sad what’s happening in Branches
Front line workers for Wells are being pushed to the end. Non stop positive covid cases in branches and even if a person reports they were in close contact with another, management doesn’t care, just report to work and hope for the best. Two TMs died... — read more

I suggest checking your electronic personal file on workday. Mine shows a 2009 hire date which is off by 14 years. (Maybe it’s the Wachovia merger date) but I submitted a request to have it changed as it’s incorrect.
First major layoff of the year
Who wants to bet we'll have the first major layoff of 2022 before this month is over? I'd go as far as to say that we could be looking at something major as soon as next week. Wells Fargo has never shied away from starting the year with cuts, I don't... — read more

Happy New Year,
to all of the WF employees who have made it through another year of ups and downs. Personally, it was actually pretty good in that none of my department was let go. Cheers!
Didn't get laid off in 2021
Don't know what the future holds, but happy I didn't get displaced from WF in 2021.
