PROXY VOTE - ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS

I received my WFC shareholder invitation to vote on a number of topics for April. Use your votes and vote FOR the executive pay clawback. Send these sons of bi----s a message. Keep an eye out for your materials and get in your votes.

Anyone who works here would be stupid to invest here. Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket.

Institutional investors have seen no appreciation in share price since Chainsaw got here and they did see a significant reduction in dividends that continues today. Might be an interesting vote.

Relatively speaking, the cost of lost productivity from the people who spend their days here on this website would be more than any of the C suite pay raises up for approval. Sounds like everybody wants more money but no one else is allowed to get any.

@1lvr - look at WFC compared to our competitors. We’re struggling at best and any positive in the share price is due to manipulation.

I’m a shareholder, why would I vote any execs out?

Look at the share price. They are doing a great job

Just like last year, we can vote as against it as possible, but institutional investors will determine if Chucky gets a raise or not. His barely a majority pass vote last year was viewed as a huge rebuke. He still took the money, of course.
