How is RTO tracked?

Does anyone know how in office time is tracked? I know it's by badge swipes, but is there any tracked amount of time to be in the office? Would a half day, for example, count towards the total?

What's your estimate. I am bearish and expect a large jump due to the escalating war in Europe and growing prices of food and energy. I expect a 9% inflation hit this year.

Monitoring badge swipes?

Are they actually tracking who is in the office 3 days a week by reporting on badge swipes? Heard this rumor, not sure if it’s true. How serious are the repercussions for not adhering to the 3-day in office mandate?

Fewer every week...

By my rough estimation, week 2 of RTO had the most people on site. Since then it's slowly been going down each week, and it's a beautiful thing.
