Job I’m seeing posted has a pay grade of 109k - 179k. Are they still only giving 80% - 85%of midpoint? Cause if there’s no target bonus then salary being offered is a joke…

Wells Fargo just handed out mid year money for those well below midpoint. 5% to 10% depending on role. Performance not contemplated. Did you get it? Not everyone got it.
