How long will it take mgmt to catch up?

With layoff cycles, location strat, people quitting because of RTO or for greener pastures, each one of us is having an increasing amount of workload. Plus, it is all badly organized. I know, this is not new, it’s been happening for years, but it is... — read more

worry not

I got laid off here before. Got paid close to 5 months. Because they under paid me after so many yrs, I found something paying 20% higher in a better location. My stress tanked after that. Don't let mgmt try and stress you.

PIP vs Action plan

I was threatened a PIP(90 day) during my performance review(unfair IMHO). My manager said they would work with HR to do that. After a month or so, I was put on an informal warning with and action plan(60 day). Can anyone help me understand why it was... — read more

Commercial bank moved to four days a week recently, does anyone know how your location is tracked? For example, would you get dinged if swiped in and then just worked from home the rest of the day? I know they’re tracking badge swipes but would you... — read more

Micromanagement is definitely on the rise

No location strategy in my area

Immediate manager told us there won’t be a location strategy for our group. Layoffs will continue to be based on performance and workload. Naturally everyone on my team is kissing a$$ so they don’t get laid off. Anyone else experiencing this? — read more

I just can’t help myself and thinking that with the executives getting bloated and everybody getting laid off that this bank is getting ready for a JPM takeover. Thoughts?
