The Iowa WARN notification was just posted from the 5/14/2024 layoff and a total of 24 souls were displaced from the Jordan Creek offices in West Des Moines.

So sad because there is so much talent there.
Oregon WARN is posting WF under the August 2023 post. There are multiple PDFs under WF 8/22 date. ChecK the WARN 2nd page and you’ll see the multiple notifications since then.
This experience is giving people PTSD.
Based on my experience, WARN only shows people who didn't have advance notice, like the 60-day non-working period. I've been keeping an eye on Oregon WARN, and my group was laid off 2/13, but we don't appear on the WARN site.
Hopefully those impacted were prepared and ready to move on from the Fargo. The total lost jobs from Iowa is now at 156 YTD.
