What are your insights for employees future? What do you think their motive was for giving and extra week/two weeks vacation? Do you think they are going to lay off more managers starting next year?

The people that answer these surveys lie because we're being monitored, Or don't answer like me. So if it's b—s— answers that they know they're getting then why even send them out. Someone needs a job to do nothing.

Worse blackfriday in 10 years garbage promos garbage cust normal traffic after 2 PM retail is f—ing dead or at least the days of making money what so ever.

the BGCO Hilliard and Alpharetta will be partially home based in 2020 and partial layoffs will be based on performance and warnings. Of course it's going to be denied as the truth and convincing Townhalls to follow. Has anyone heard about this?

There have been big lawsuits already & this company is digging yet another hole for themselves for forcing reps to put Salesforce leads in for literally every single customer they have transactions with. This is not right & needs to be addressed.

My district is unbelievably short staffed. We have stores with 4 people that last year had 10+. They cut 2 off head count but that still leaves that store 4 people short going into black friday... We are about to have some hell of a long cue times... — read more 

Rumor is that Care won’t be able to transfer to tech they will create a case for a follow up call from tech and tech will take inbound calls for 4 hours of their shift and then do outbound follow ups the other 4 hours. That will be interesting...

I’m in tech and we are getting cross trained in Core to help with overflow or holidays.
