Verizon store in Valencia Ca is closing by the end of the month. I also heard the Union is already calling the reps in the district for a meeting.

Lmao I jumped ship from AT&T after CWAs last weak attempt at "contract" negotiating. If your in favor of seniority rules and parasites feeding off of your hard earned money, go work at AT&T. Get ready for low compensation in addition to all of the red tape. If VZ goes union, I'm just gonna jump ship to TMobile. Been there, done that. CWA is just going to make empty promises and prey on employees going through difficult times. If we were land line and working on poles or something dangerous, maybe I could see a union being beneficial, but believe me, CWA will just be another line item in your W2 draining money from your pockets.
I heard the Valencia reps as well as others in the district met with the union earlier Sunday & opted in!! Tomorrow upper management will be scrambling because the union will now be alive in the West!!!
What is the union going to do? Retail is obsolete and a skilless job.
