When are the rest of the call centers closing? Lots of rumors going around and would like some accurate information regarding the trajectory of remaining centers.

What and when is the next center to close.

I know they can post jobs but not fill them in a large geographic area.. So I guess a pause? Anyone know if this is company wide or area specific.

In my area 2 Retail SMB reps quit a while ago and Verizon is not going to fill the positions. The SMB manager said that no SMB spots in the East are going to be filled going forward. They were expecting possible layoffs for this position.

Retail is not back filling SM jobs, and not posting for openings. Looking at a headcount reduction at the store leadership level. Possible GM/Indirect Account Manager position merger, however not confirmed. Leadership reduction is confirmed.

They will not back fill the missing district manager as they’re going to consolidate. Expect hour changes soon. Down to 1 SM , floating GM 1 LSS.

Any one have any actual idea what other changes are coming to the retail channel. Please real info no fake news! I heard Great Lakes are getting hit with some big changes.
