Thinking of starting a manager's union. AKA thinking about filing for unemployment.

Sorry to say this, but managers traditiinally can't be union. The basic premise is that a union helps workers against management

Listen the company is obviously anti-union (pro employee) as we are trained to say, however, ATT is union and they're still open for business and until 7pm!! If we unionize we will see $25-30 every 2 weeks from our check go to the union. Is it worth it? That's 1 less trip to the nail salon, hair dresser or sitdown dinner per month. It might be worth it just to stick it to Hans and the rest of the "leaders" who dont care about us. We would be on strike right now and they would be forced to close the stores. Vzw will always see how the union companies are run and make it a little better so we dont unionize. So what do we do? We just sit here and complain on these boards hoping our "labor relations team" steps up and does something to benefit us. "Shannon & Brett can you hear me now?"

How about if the managers help us start an employees union first.

It’s too late for a Union in any job on this side. My store is in Pa. where we also have VZ Union Techs. I have been trying to get a job on that side, I am getting advice from some of the techs on that side on how to go about it. I would jump over to there in an instant.

They will be earning their pay this week. Something most haven't done or looked the other way for years!

Why are you all so negative and disgusting? Just because you might have a sh–ty manager doesn't mean they are all like that. The vast majority are hard working people who are burnt out by reduced pay, increased hours and responsibilities, no direct control over their own commission and having to lead people like you - hateful and defiant individuals. You are the reps who only care about their commission and don't give a sh– about their team. Managers are people too believe it or not, with families and loved ones of their own, who are worried sick about them. Where is your leader Hans? Or Ronan? Or any other individual above gm/dm? Are they showing leadership by visiting stores and encouraging their employees? That's right - all they are doing is posting 1 or 2 stupid webcasts or whatever it's called on their social media and keeping themselves safe away from this madness. So f— you.

If you are a “leader” at Verizon you should pack up and leave. You’re pathetic to even be talking like this. You’re not a real leader. You’re a f—ing bum. You “leaders” don’t even f—ing work, now that you’re in the store with no solution specialist you are like a lost puppy. F—ing loser go work at Walmart

For what? You knew going into it this is what you signed up for. You chose to be a leader for a company in total dysfunction
