Hey Major Account Managers you better start a Union.

400 employees plus. Hope you got that on tape? The Account managers are locked into their modules. One little twist of the knife, one little movement of Accounts would ruin all of them. No territory to call in.. just the modules. Easy teams to get rid of. I'd go public if I were you. Otherwise they will just push you out.

This makes no sense?? How can Major Accounts Managers be forced out? Dont you all support the enterprise level accounts? I remember TJ back in October on the web conference answered that question directly. He said y'all support Accounts with 400 employees or more. So what's up?

What do you mean being forced out? Layoffs? Or being re-assigned? I am the Business Group but not a MAM and haven’t heard but I haven’t paid any attention.

No telling how many times they’ve been sued. Not enough apparently

Interestingly enough I just read about a court battle won by someone who demonstrated how a company had set them up for failure and limited their ability to perform in an effort to force them out. Go to court .. let the judge decide.

Yes, they can do that. There is a direct correlation between declining business and revenue, and needing to reduce staff, especially those that are viewed at 'indirect' (i.e. vice someone who is actually installing or fixing 4G transmitting towers)

Can they do that? Sounds like a class-action type of thing.
