What are others merit increase/RRP looking like for those around a GL 29? Was the merit % lower for higher grade levels?

There is a RIF meeting happening on Feb 20th at Optum Tech. All managers who have directs that are impacted by this RIF are invited to the meeting.

Can anyone confirm if you take the UHC severance package if you can get unemployment in Texas? I know every state is different but it does state you could get unemployment benefits if you quit due to no fault of your own. Opinions?

Does anyone have insight into which departments within the orgs that are affected by the voluntary severance option would see involuntarily layoffs first if they don't meet their quota (I'm assuming they will not).
