Was employed 33 years for company. Mgmt stated company employment is no longer career. Very toxic company with non inclusive leadership.

Anyone heard any updates on the bank side? We’ve been waiting for the hammer to drop for about 6 months now. In the meantime, no one seems to care about the customer or the stressed out employees.

Heard from a manager buddy that systems managers will need to evaluate their employees based on whether or not they’re nessesary and that anyone who is rated poorly and isn’t nessesary will be cut.

CDE, the Hubs, lease buybacks, and many other changes were implemented well before Tipsord took the helm. I'm not defending him either, but the timelines need to be realistic.

Does anyone know the current amount of SF employees? Have heard previous estimates of 65,000 but that does not seem accurate given the amount of people leaving; people being terminated and people retiring starting in 2014.
