If I go to a Ford truck forum (purely an example) to openly discuss with other Ford owners a widespread issue with a 6.0 diesel motor, I don't expect some jackhole to jump in and tell people to quit complaining about the motor problems.

The problem with THIS particular layoff is that it affects people in Bloomington. Not exactly the best job market. State Farm employs at least half of the town. People in hub cities are in a better spot for obvious reasons.
I left the Farm years ago but seeing all of my friends and my siblings go through this is pure HELL. Try being human. You have no idea what it was like or what it's like now.
