People are now getting written up for pushing back on the ridiculous mandatory overtime requirements. Be prepared for people quitting at higher rates and increase in the amount of mandatory overtime.

Venting is good, but a lot of venting is not good. I hope you all spend more time looking for new jobs than trying to find the best words to express your dissatisfaction here?
