The problem is that most of you are trying very hard. I mean, trying is good, but here you can only get more work and be even more drained. The truth is that ever since I started working on autopilot, because SF does not deserve anything more, I am even more appreciated. The manager treats me better now than before when I cared too much for this job and this company. How do you explain it? I do not know.

Truth....Never has been nor never will be based on the productivity that once made SF what it is today. They have settled for mediocrity.
