yeah moving to large urban areas vs smaller mid sized cities has really worked out well so far. might as well double down and go all in.

Yes it is a done deal. Sell your home now. It will be worth a fraction of todays value once announcement is made. The second lesser surprise is they are not relocating to DFW area but somewhere else in Tx.
