For those working mainly in the Prepared Food Areas… what are your expectations from your lead?
A joke
Sam’s has totally changed over the last several years. I have seen this as a former Employee of 29 years, 12 of those as a CM. They pretend to be fair and consistent, but are definitely not. I have seen so many inconsistencies and favoritism over... — read more

Home office had decided what jobs are more important. We all work for the same company. This is why we can’t keep people and it would take you 5 years to make $1.00 with the 2% increase. Sam’s is no place to support a family it’s high school wages. — read more
Movie Mahem
Please watch the movie Mayhem... It is a great representation of work at Sam's club and the inner thoughts of those who work there.
Ageism is a company-wide thing
It's happening everywhere. It's happening in Georgia and I'm sure others can add about their states. This is nothing new. This will keep happening as long as we are willing to accept it and do nothing about it. But I guess we're too lazy, too scared... — read more
Michigan clubs

Managers
Young managers are programmed to push you out of the way because your job is not important to them, but when they need something because they have no clue, they ask for your help in a nice way. But your considered very low to them.
Totally illogical management
If a great employee leaves and the company later needs to replace him by employing three people who neither know the job nor are they very interested in the job - then that is a bad management practice which probably costs the company a lot. When... — read more
