Our new General Manager is a disrespectfull person and is a control freak. So many good people quit and there's soooooo many complaints on him. He don't care about you or your family's needs. Bring our old one back!

This is the new way of managing, micro-manage, delegate, intimidation. This is the same personality of our most recent manager. Unrealistic goals, talked down to you if you were not management team. TL's would go to a corner and cry, assistants would write you up for not completed tasks in a quick time, etc. Took 5 years and FINALLY justice. Termed out of the company. Feels so much better!
