Surprised that this person got let go, and they were blindsided. This is in the Clinical Performance umbrella, for people that know the company. We haven't had any other big rifs since the 500+ employee one back in August

Is it common for people to be laid off after only 3 months on the job? I was let go today from UHCT and only been here 3 months.

The last few weeks, leadership have been collecting job aids. Then a lot of 15 to 30 minute team meetings with managers scheduled for today, 10/26. I hope everyone finds another job quickly.
