They can track everything you do at all times - doesn’t matter if you think you got around it somehow or you turn your status to offline. They know when you aren’t actively at your computer and can use it as a reason to lay you off.

I’ve read in the past here that Home & Community department is ended for good on 3/31. Does anyone have an updates on this? This is before the next big predicted layoff on April 17th. So a bit confusing.
