I’m grieving what Landmark used to be

I feel like Optum bought Landmark 4 years ago just to dismantle it. That company was good to their patients, as well as their employees. Makes me sad that has ended.

My whole department is having a reorganization where people are being changed teams drastically. Does this mean a RIF is coming or do they do this periodically?
