Shrimp Boil?

Gradual reduction of perks
I haven't been here that long, so I don't know. Can anyone make a retrospective of how the benefits have diminished here over the years. Someone stated that overtime, bonuses, double time, 401k matches, are now much different than before.
It’s awful how many people are leaving
I have never, in almost eight years of being here, seen so many people leaving. What makes it even scarier is that a lot of those who are leaving were very comfortable working here. Why are so many people leaving?
Losing money
NOV has been losing money since 2014. Will the company finally start making money?
Constantly changing shifts
I'm tired of changing shifts. I was happy with pay, but given the constantly changing shifts, it’s not worth staying here anymore. The organization is terrible, they are just producing confusion. Has anyone refused to change a shift and what were... — read more

It's just a job
