Thread regarding National Oilwell Varco Inc. layoffs

Q1 earnings will be released on 4/28

Analysts expect another losing quarter. But that is ok, that is how we operate.

It’s the best show in town, old Clay will regurgitate what he has said every the last 36 quarters, things are looking up, our management team are doing a fantastic job with working capital, we will spin off unprofitable product lines/divisions, congratulations to Our CaPS team for screwing up the most profitable product line and for having the most useless management etc etc etc

Seriously is there a competition ongoing for who can sc--w a good company up the most ?

NOV may very well be the only oil products & services co. reporting a loss in Q1. The only one. Going on 9 yrs. of losses.

Please put ISE MISSION out of its misery.
It has to be the worst managed business unit at NOV.
Sales numbers go down every month.
Pretty sad.

And the worker bees get chopped to try to upright the ship. When it doesn’t help, more worker bees are chopped. Vicious cycle.
