I hope NOV customers, BP, Shell and other O&G companies rapidly bailing out of their investments in Russia put pressure on NOV to get out of Russia and ditch their major manufacturing center in Russia at Kostroma. NOV need to realize that soon there won't be any legal USD to pay for their products in Russia and there will be no way of getting them out anyway, except perhaps as cash in briefcases. Also being paid in worthless roubles would not make sense.

That the current eastern hemisohere HR managment is in Moscow is total embarrassment to the company. We Europeneens consider this to be a risk for the reputation for the company. Houston needs to take action and adjust the HR structure asap. If not, this will have impact.
