It's become fascinating how the management is always ready to blame the employees for everything that is not good here. They never accept their own share of responsibility? Our only fault is that we didn't leave this place a long time ago.

LOL, you serious? I've been here 26 yrs. now and I don't see the issues you speak of. Employees are not blamed unless the employee messed up. I suggest you get your head out of your as s and do the job the best you can without belly aching.
