I haven't been here that long, so I don't know. Can anyone make a retrospective of how the benefits have diminished here over the years. Someone stated that overtime, bonuses, double time, 401k matches, are now much different than before.

Go out to the field and work. Yeah, you will get a little dirty and get a few bruises but you still get overtime, you still get raises, you still get paid time off and don't have to put up with the a ss wipes in offices.
Unless you are one of the good ‘ol boys in any level of management, you are spinning your wheels at NOV. Period.
Stop focusing on what they have or have not taken. Focus on yourself, meaning what can you take from them? Can you take advantage of the situation? Business trips with your spouse or benefiting from having an expense account. Maybe moonlighting or free lancing on your free time. Small things such as getting your shopping done on company time. One thing that was learned from being there and knowing further advancement was not possible and that was using them as your b*tch instead of vice versa. You'd be surprised. Good luck
They just reinstated 401 but yes, they took everything else.
This company doesnt give raises either.
I hired on in 2013 and did get one raise 5 years ago. No cost of living raises. No more bonus pay, no more double time pay.
Everything you read is correct.
