Liquidation begins Monday at our store. How does it usually proceed? 25% off of ALL merchandise the first week, etc? How about scheduling? I would appreciate any discussion on the liquidation process and what to expect for associates.

In the store I work in, I've heard over and over again managers saying to associates, just deny it and I'll ok it. Reliability starts with retraining the so called managers and supervisors on what reliability is and how it's supposed to work.
