I am trying to take a Saturday off of work in February by making it an unavailable day. Insite wont let me...does this mean I will be let go or just an issue with insite.

Not time yet for 2020 PTO or unavailable days. Calm down.
You have to wait until the new fiscal year (end of this month)-ish to put in PTO/UD
