I checked MTO and I have about 40 hours of new PTO for February. If I'm leaving at the end of the month do those 40 hours get paid out to me?

No they gip you out of it i am loosing 5 weeks 8 hr a day 5 days a week and 40 hrs of sick time
HR hasn’t been in store almost 2 years now. You call HR services and ask. AST is NOT HR
I usually ask HR and they tell me to ask my people leader and when I ask my people leader they tell me to ask HR. Super helpful.
HR is helpless. The response is always ask your people leader. And the people leader is helpless. Better answers are on this site.

No. That’s your eligible time for all of 2020 if you remain employed for the entire fiscal year of 2020. System doesn’t know you are leaving at the end of February. If you work through the last day of Feb you get a very small portion of those hours paid out.
No, PTO is advanced to you. If you take it, you will have to repay it back.
