Something's going on here...
Some of my HCM-RN teammates got an invite to a 1pm COM conversation call, while the rest of us got an invite for one next week. Sounds odd to me, because I can't think of a time they have divided teams for COM calls. Seems like this may be it.

So when it comes, are the laid off ones invited to the first meeting and then directly after that the rest of the teams have a a meeting to be updated? So the first batch at 10, then the updated ones for who remain immediately afterwards?

Just saying- hearing more of those getting told what they are doing wrong and what to improve on. Maybe since so many are going to Monitored, they are laying the crepe to thin things out and get out of sev pay.

Is it paid in 1 lump sum? Or paycheck by paycheck?
NCQA and monitored
Does anyone know how the monitored status is as far as NCQA compliance? Seems to me that with none of those members having surveys performed they would be out of compliance?
