On Monday 4/4, Your Voice survey will be available. Let it rip.
Exit interview?
I accepted a job offer with a new company and plan to give my notice next week. What are the chances there will be an exit interview? My department is losing employees at an insane rate. Does Fiserv care to find out more regarding why so many people... — read more
It defies common sense
If there is anyone or anything that can demotivate me, then it is my manager. And there are many such "professional demotivators" at Fiserv. Isn't demoralizing employees against common sense? They know very well that their micromanagement does... — read more
Exit strategy.
The manager told me this Monday that I would be receiving a pay cut. It shocked me quite a bit, especially given the fact that I’m the best performer in my team. As far as I know the other team members didn’t receive any reduction in pay. Obviously... — read more
Prespective from a client...
I don't know where to start, I am not an employee/contractor or a merchant service provider. I am the CEO of my own company, we use the Fiserv/FirstData's payment infrastructure to process payments for our clients. We started with First Data, later... — read more
"Your voice" survey, really?
Do they really want to know our opinions? I can't imagine it being good.
RTO problem admitted at last
At the GBS Tech town hall with Chris, he admitted the staffing shortages, the layoffs of low performers AND the fact that many are leaving partly due to RTO. He basically said there is no definition of flexibility and for now WFH flexibility and it... — read more

Fiserv makes my resume look bad
I'm angry at myself that I stayed here longer than I should have. Now that I look at my resume, Fiserv seems like my biggest mistake. I hope that my potential new employer will not pay much attention to the reputation of the company I come from.
Brain drain will destroy Fiserv
If Frank doesn't manage to do it in some other way sooner, the constant brain drain will destroy Fiserv in the long run. Too many older employees are leaving and taking tribal knowledge with them. They can't be replaced as easily as leadership may... — read more
Outlook
We have put some fine leaders in place. We are establishing hubs like Berkeley that will propel innovation. The stock is coming back. There are bright days ahead for this great company
Who will be supporting clients?
I really would love everyone’s opinion on how we will be supporting clients? In my unit alone we have lost 10 extremely knowledgeable resources over the past 8 months (8 within 3 months). We were already short staffed prior to this and supporting a... — read more
Million times happier person having left
I accepted an offer even though pay is not much better and neither are the benefits, but I am a million times less stressed and just as many times happier. What a relief! The fact that some people accepted even lower pay just not to be here anymore... — read more
Flipping burgers at McDonald's would be better than this
At least it would be a peaceful job, none of this constant uncertainty, gaslighting, politics, and all the other things we have to go through daily due to Frank and his minions. I'm seriously starting to wonder if the pay is worth it. I'm losing my... — read more

This place will never be the same again
If someone expects that there will be some positive changes here and that it will ever be as good as it used to be - unfortunately, I think that person should accept the reality, the sooner the better. There are absolutely no indications that the... — read more

44,000 employees? No way.
Fiserv is still using the old number of 44,000 employees in their press releases and job postings. This was the figure before the mass exodus started. Workday actually shows a headcount of 37K. Embarrasing.

Deletes positive comments about fiserv. Expect this one to be next. I support Frank. I support Berkeley
Morale is at an all time low
Nearly everybody I know hates working here. Not just dislikes it or is unhappy, they actively hate it. There is so much negative energy that it's sometimes scary. I think we have hit rock bottom when it comes to morale. I don't see how it could get... — read more
Lets Talk about No Longer Fortunes Most Admired Company
I suppose they do not understand that mistreating employees is not admired by peers. I think it is notable that under Frank's leadership Fiserv has lost this recognition. Clients are paying attention and looking elsewhere.
Looking for a way to exit
The last two months have been reduced to sending a large number of applications. Unfortunately, I am not as lucky as those others who say that it is very easy to find a new job. There are many open positions, but the competition is huge. A great... — read more
Mass Exodus
It is an employee market out there. Senior management does not get that fact. There are departments being gutted by the exodus taking a lot of knowledge with them. In The infinite wisdom of the toxic environment and management, they are sponsoring... — read more
You shouldn't expect an employer to care for you
Unless it's a small family business, no company is going to care about you, consider you to be family, or make your well-being its priority. You are nothing but an expendable asset to your employer. They will see you as a liability and happily get... — read more
Micromanagement in the office
Many think that the main reason the company insisted on returning to the office was to be able to control us more. How much more do you feel controlled in the office vs. working from home? I, on the other hand, felt too controlled while working... — read more

Don't let them make you feel like you are less than you are
