Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Rate the Executive Leadership (1 = very bad, 10 = excellent)

Rate them in this thread. We know some of them read layoffs.com and it'd be good to see what the worker things about them.

Frank is destroying the company and its employees. Last week he laid off knowledgeable service associates who support our most valuable clients. Clients complain daily about the problems we cause them. It is an embarrassment to work for this company and this CEO. He doesn't care about his people, offers no communication to clients about the immense problems at the company, and takes away benefits from employees to benefit shareholders. He has demanded that we resolve service cases by July 1 but is simply moving them to a new category to make it look like things are better. The old white guys run the company and have "token" women and people of color in a couple of leadership positions. It's no surprise that for the first time in 9 years Fiserv DID NOT make the list of World's Most Admired companies. Frank should be ashamed. Believe nothing good that you hear about Fiserv. In a recent employee survey, only 68% of employees recommend Fiserv as a good place to work.

It would be negative if possible. They are disingenuous to the point of insult, saying a bunch of things and then doing the exact opposite. Just a bunch of knuckleheads trying to secure their own wealth no matter the well being of the company or downstream employees.

1 because the only option. I wanted 0

Trick question, the answer is "n/a"...there is no executive leadership. The CEO issues micromanaging decrees and no one challenges them...until those decisions cause enough damage to be "revisited".
