Oh nevermind they all got canned. I guess anything that gets posted here from here on out are from Frank himself directly.
Layoff advice
Hello I have 6 days left at Fiserv. Very unexpected. I am not sure what I should do to help myself. I downloaded previous reviews to help with the verbiage on my resume. I contacted a few directors for references. I am at a loss and can't think... — read more
Micromanagement in Short Hills
It wasn't bad enough that we were shuttled in quickly to the waste of money that was the temp site in Berkeley, then forced to have alternating days each week. Now we are being forced I do a three week rotation sharing the cube with two others. Ok... — read more

44,000 employees to what?
We've had 44,000 employees last year (the same as the previous two years, which is already a bit suspicious) but I can't find what that number is now with the never-ending layoffs of 2022. At least a few thousand are gone by now, I believe. Also... — read more

Layoff call 7 days notice
I got my call today... I'm sad I won't get to talk to my favorite coworkers everyday, they have become family... But I'm beyond relieved to be done! I hate everything this company has become. The anti employee culture, the failing products, the... — read more
Turns out
Ohio ended up keeping an office. We ain’t movin, proving this is the real fiserv value. O H !!!!!!
Dismal Future
I doubt if Fiserv has enough staff to migrate Cleartouch to DNA, Precision to Premier and Signature to DNA or Finxact. How is this going to be done???
Rate the Executive Leadership (1 = very bad, 10 = excellent)
Rate them in this thread. We know some of them read layoffs.com and it'd be good to see what the worker things about them.
Reflections of this board
The Layoff posts on their Twitter feed companies that have an uptick in activity. This is active page, so they must have to account for all of the non layoff discussion here. have you ever looked at the boards of Fiserv's competitors? They... — read more
Strange practice to always cut the best ones first
For a very long time, with each new round of cuts, Fiserv has been signaling survivors that one should not even try to be one of the best employees here. I've noticed that some of the best ones are always on the cut lists. Very strange practice... — read more
How many of the latest round of layoffs were OFD
Does anyone know if the latest round of layoffs were all original Fiserv employees or were there some original First Data included as well?
Am I safe? (For now…)
If we haven’t gotten the call yet, should we assume we’re safe?
If you think this is bad
Just wait for the recession to start. Then you'll learn the true meaning of the word 'bloodbath.'
I got the call
Classic shotg-n approach to reducing headcount. I’m certain that every division head was given a quota to cut regardless of business needs, and I was the easy target as probably one of the higher paid colleagues on my team, which is already bare... — read more
Account Processing 300
So if they cut 300 from Account Processing does that mean they are actually going to cleanup some of the legacy cores? Examples: Cleartouch - are we going to see them finally sunset this lump of Unisys hot trash? Keep Signature, Premier and... — read more
I wish they'd offer voluntary buyouts
I know plenty of people who are once again disappointed they were not affected by layoffs since they're waiting and hoping to leave with a severance package. At the same time, I'm sure a good number of those who were affected wish they were not. So... — read more
Amazing Fact
Many of the contractors that were hired and sponsored here from India now have moved way past the existing people in the US. Go from contractor to advisor in less than 2 years. My morale just dropped 10 points
Is it done?
Will there be more cuts today?
Frank must go
Classic case. Board is full of FD co-k suckers. Investor activists will insert few board members of their own l, to get this Frank as----e out! We need to save Fiserv.
Innovation
Fiserv and FD have only ever known innovation through acquisitions. The problem with this approach is that they do not know how to do anything other than completely destroy the cultures of the companies they acquire, which results in an exodus of... — read more

I no longer care about cuts
I used to be very anxious every time I heard some rumor about cuts, but not anymore. I absolutely don’t care if I will be cut or not. My motivation for work here is zero. Anyone else here working on autopilot while looking for another job?
Fiserv couldn't care less about employees
A lot of decisions that management makes expose their low opinion of their employees. Forced RTO is the most obvious offender here, but there are others, such as: Suspending the 401(k) match back in 2020 (and taking until 2022 to bring it back to... — read more
Another 300 Gone
As of today, 300 people just let go in Bank Solutions. And the house continues to burn from the inside out. What a shame that was once such a great company has turned into a hot, steaming and smelly pile.
I hate uncertainty
There have been some rumors about RIFs. Was it just rumors or have RIFs already started? It would be easier for me to bear being cut than all this uncertainty.

Isn't it degrading to work for this company?
Perhaps it wasn't like that before, but now I think it's degrading to work at Fiserv. It’s not the most degrading job I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely one of those.
