I left recently Fiserv after over 20 years, on my terms. I DO NOT regret it. There are some things Fiserv does right, but the things Fiserv does not do right (namely Frank's culture) made it worth leaving. The mass exodus of previous colleagues, on their terms, is proof. Not one I've spoken with regrets it. I don't know if Frank understands he is the trickle down reason people are leaving, or if he just doesn't care. I suspect the latter. My heart goes out to those caught in the RIFs, but I can guarantee you're better than Fiserv deserves.

I left after being there almost 17 years. I have not regretted it for a second. I agree, if you can leave them do it now. Don’t wait!!
The people caught in the RIF probably the lucky ones. Get paid to “go away” and find something less cancerous.
Completely agree with you as I was around same amount years when I left and couldn’t be happier!
