Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Largest ever sale by any FISV CEO - $76M (FB) - 8.22.22

What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday showed that Bisignano sold 696,413 shares of Fiserv. The total transaction amounted to $76,255,735.

I am glad I don't own a single share. This cr-p is going down to $30. No one is excited at work :(

Usually means the company is getting ready to be acquired. Strange how he sells right when the layoffs are occurring. Definitely seen this before.

Fiserv Had ‘Most Overpaid’ CEO

"The company has so much money it could shell out millions for naming rights to the Milwaukee Bucks arena. But it pays its employees so little that Yabuki made 428 times the average worker."

Executives are typically paid with equity, e.g. shares. Periodically, they cash in those shares. Read a book.

Nothing screams confidence in the company quite like selling large amounts of shares.
