New policy

So GbS call didn't answer any questions. Does this apply to salary grade 9. How many hours of key strokes do I need? Like seriously I feel like I wear a house arrest monitor

Serious question

If I get a stroke does the company pay out so at least my wife gets something?

What if we all just stop working??

I read most of this page, and it seems like everyone is upset—employees, managers—basically everyone except the C-suite. Frank can’t be stopped if he’s making millions. The company can’t function without its employees, and the office morale is awful... — read more

RIF’d Low Performers?

I’m not going to call people out by name but the guy from FIG who told us today people were RIF’d last week because they were low performers is complete bullsht. We’ve all been set up to fail by fiserv with Sapience, which inaccurately reports our... — read more

Effective Dec 2nd RTO 5 days!

Fiserv...the gift that keeps on giving.....

I'm a former employee (RIF'd of course) and the company I work for now uses Fiserv services. A 360 case was opened from late 2023 that just got closed/resolved in October 2024 that we of course are taking the brunt of frustration from our clients. ... — read more

Of course there will be 5-day RTO

This has been the deployment of all different tactics to get rid of us. As if anyone would fight to stay in the grinder. And it will become only worse. There is work waiting for all of us after people who were laid off, as if we didn’t have a lot on... — read more

Questions Leadership Never Answered

Some context, I work remote and have not been fired (yet) I work well over 9 hours. In fact its normal for me to work 10-12 hours a day. Many times I work the typical 8-5, but then additionally I have to log in at some inconvenient time, well off... — read more

Stop the rumors

45 hour work weeks are illegal in most states. Even for exempt employees. Everyone knows that. Unless you can provide proof just stop. This might be for your org but not the whole company.

5 Days a Week

Basically, managers are in 5 days a week now. Everyone else is 4 days with Friday WFH. And they are “still having meetings” on everyone else being 5 days. Start looking for jobs .. it’s looking pretty ugly

Fiserv

Existing here is being in a corporate future distophia. Sh-t is worse than cubicle stereotypes. I must have done something horrible in a past life to work here.

When a layoff happens, what’s the best move to keep medical coverage? Is it to go with COBRA, explore marketplace options, or check Medicaid eligibility? What’s the most affordable and practical option while between jobs?

This company needs to collapse

So we get an email from the ruthless Australian HR director saying disciplinary action will be taken if we aren’t in office 5 days? Seriously? The policy says otherwise. She should get lost. Anyone else feel this pressure?

Pay Cut for Bonus Employees

The latest is a pay cut for employees eligible for a bonus. Mandatory 9 hours in office daily. Simple grade school math show that this is a pay cut for many employees. Cowardly way of forcing people to quit to avoid any severance at all.
