So GbS call didn't answer any questions. Does this apply to salary grade 9. How many hours of key strokes do I need? Like seriously I feel like I wear a house arrest monitor
Serious question
If I get a stroke does the company pay out so at least my wife gets something?
What if we all just stop working??
I read most of this page, and it seems like everyone is upset—employees, managers—basically everyone except the C-suite. Frank can’t be stopped if he’s making millions. The company can’t function without its employees, and the office morale is awful... — read more
RIF’d Low Performers?
I’m not going to call people out by name but the guy from FIG who told us today people were RIF’d last week because they were low performers is complete bullsht. We’ve all been set up to fail by fiserv with Sapience, which inaccurately reports our... — read more
Effective Dec 2nd RTO 5 days!
What type of culture is this! FB sat with Michael Phelbs to discuss mental health. What a load of cr*p. He doesnt care about our mental health but only growing his pockets. How are we supposed to have to be healthy and sane when we have to deal with... — read more
Fiserv...the gift that keeps on giving.....
I'm a former employee (RIF'd of course) and the company I work for now uses Fiserv services. A 360 case was opened from late 2023 that just got closed/resolved in October 2024 that we of course are taking the brunt of frustration from our clients. ... — read more
Everyone who is sick or tired or laid off
Just remember that Michael Phelps autographed a book for a lucky fiserv associate out there.
Of course there will be 5-day RTO
This has been the deployment of all different tactics to get rid of us. As if anyone would fight to stay in the grinder. And it will become only worse. There is work waiting for all of us after people who were laid off, as if we didn’t have a lot on... — read more
Two Week Notice
I literally cannot take this sh-t anymore. I just put in my two weeks notice and I do not have a job lined up. Wish me luck but this place is hardcore fu--ing with my mental health. Fiserv is either going to cause me to have a heart attack, a stroke... — read more
Questions Leadership Never Answered
Some context, I work remote and have not been fired (yet) I work well over 9 hours. In fact its normal for me to work 10-12 hours a day. Many times I work the typical 8-5, but then additionally I have to log in at some inconvenient time, well off... — read more
Stop the rumors
45 hour work weeks are illegal in most states. Even for exempt employees. Everyone knows that. Unless you can provide proof just stop. This might be for your org but not the whole company.
5 Days a Week
Basically, managers are in 5 days a week now. Everyone else is 4 days with Friday WFH. And they are “still having meetings” on everyone else being 5 days. Start looking for jobs .. it’s looking pretty ugly
Fiserv
Existing here is being in a corporate future distophia. Sh-t is worse than cubicle stereotypes. I must have done something horrible in a past life to work here.
Try this one on
Accepted a relo package and received funds. Was offered a REMOTE job two weeks before I had to move as they knew I did not want to move but was going to. Returned the relo package $$$. 2 months later layed off. Would not have had to return funds... — read more

5 Days RTO and 45 Hour Work Week Announcement coming soon?
Something will be sent out later today is what I am hearing, will be for grade 11 and above.
Health coverage
When a layoff happens, what’s the best move to keep medical coverage? Is it to go with COBRA, explore marketplace options, or check Medicaid eligibility? What’s the most affordable and practical option while between jobs?
Analyst Program
If you’re in the analyst program, good luck. I am hearing they won’t be extending offers post-program and very likely you’ll be cut before you finish your second rotation. what happened to this place
Are all full-time Remotes ultimately doomed??!

I feel for everyone affected
So rumors about this week were true. Good luck to those who were laid off and to us who are still here. Keep in mind the real human cost of layoffs and be supportive of each other.
Laying people off on Thanksgiving week
This is a new low even for Fiserv. What's next? A day before Christmas?
Layoff Today
Ugh here we go again. Stay safe
I'm still in shock from being laid off
I'm still trying to wrap my head around it and failing. I was a top performer. I was naive to think that mattered.
This company needs to collapse
So we get an email from the ruthless Australian HR director saying disciplinary action will be taken if we aren’t in office 5 days? Seriously? The policy says otherwise. She should get lost. Anyone else feel this pressure?
What’s the verdict on next week?
There was a rumor that there will be more layoffs, with this round ending on Wednesday. Any updates on that?

I don't know if this applies to all BUs (business units), however this was sent out internally in one of our units teams this week in GBS. They are tracking attendance and Sapience data to make these assumptions for expectations: ATTENDANCE... — read more
Young folks should look for greener pastures

Pay Cut for Bonus Employees
The latest is a pay cut for employees eligible for a bonus. Mandatory 9 hours in office daily. Simple grade school math show that this is a pay cut for many employees. Cowardly way of forcing people to quit to avoid any severance at all.
And now the crunch starts
Same workload, less people, and some roles completely missing. It makes you wonder if you would be better off if you were laid off.
This should have been the kick in the pants you needed
If after the latest round you haven't started looking for a new job, then you deserver anything that's coming down the line - none of which will be good. More work, fewer bennies, lower pay, more layoffs...that is the new Fiserv normal. Every single... — read more
Will the company ever collapse?

Grade level and salary of impacted
Those of you impacted. What were your grade level and approximate salary? With the survivors expected to pick up the extra workload, need to know if we are also severely underpaid and need to ask for an adjustment increase.
My team lost valuable members, again
I guess only the cost of an employee was the criteria for layoffs. In the vast majority of cases that meant people with the most experience, best skills and results, were targeted. There surely must be the point when depleting the company of people... — read more
