I hear that HR is quietly removing the word “unlimited “ from all documents. So it begs the question….are they trying to skirt the law around defined time off for exempt employees? How do they stand up to not paying for unused time if laid off? How much time can we really use now?

According to my boss if you have unlimited RR workday is flagged if you take more than 30. At that point any days you request over the amount of 30 has to be approved by your bosses boss. Looks like another soft way to put people on a list.
Depends on how long with the org.
My understanding was 23 plus 10 “wellbeing” days that they don’t want you to use unless you are on your death bed.
33 was the number for tenured employees prior to going to unlimited. I don’t recall how many years you needed to get to 33. It was 10 or more. Prior to that you earned a week when you passed certain milestones. 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, for example. In addition, they NEVER paid for unused time.
33 days R&R is not bad if true. I heard someone said 23 days.
In the last several years I haven’t seen 1 thing that was in favor of the employee. All policies are meant to make Fiserv an unsustainable place to work. I’m posting to outside firms everyday until something comes up. It’s a matter of time until I find something.
The policy on Fuel states it’s 33 days even though it’s unlimited.
Good questions. No doubt it will be in Fiserv's favor and not the associate.
