PNC employee on CEO

He’s a workhorse for sure. I’m at PNC a few years now and have been around him a handful of times. Obviously intelligent and knows the biz, but he’s approachable and communicates clearly. Soft rumor that he’s a voracious reader and sleeps 4 hours a night kinda stuff. Fantastic with clients and employees alike. I don’t directly know his office/remote stance, but my guess is he’s likely to say be with current clients or out finding new ones, or be in the office. Stop being at home. That’s just a guess but an educated one.

All I can say is that I have several accounts at PNC actually, and I do like my accounts themselves, so he can run a bank, HOWEVER, the home banking platform and computer system at the bank is outdated and antiquated. To deposit money from my home equity loan to my checking account I can't do it online and the teller has to cut a check from the home equity, deposit to my checking, and the money isn't even available until the next day? On home banking, if I need information on my mortgage I get into the data one way, but to get information on my home equity loan I go in another way. . . the two loans don't even display the same on the website? Not a very techy financial company???
