Looks like they’re pulling every trick in the book to get rid of employees and dodge severance payouts. Mounting workload, bullying, micromanagement, reduced bennies... But I’m not walking away without something to show for it. Unless some dream offer falls in my lap, they’ll have to cough up a package if they want me gone.

My thoughts as well but it keeps getting harder to just stop showing up.
