Has anyone heard of a successful lawsuit to recoup forfeited RSU’s due to layoff?
THE ANSWER IS :::::::: GO BACK TO WORK AND STOP LOOKING FOR AN EASY WAY OUT!
The way RSU language is written, until they vest they do not belong to the employee so not sure they can be sued. It’s very cr-ppy thing for them to do because it’s incentive money we already earned from the prior years work!

I left 60K on table to leave that he-l hole. I made up for it in less than 2 years with my upgraded salary.
To be fair it's probably worth a lot more now so it still hurts.
I lost like 40 grand in RSU when they converted me to a contractor. Pi---d me off so much I left a month later.
I would like to know as well. I was ripped off of 60+ shares! And it really pi$$es me off!
