Many wonderful colleagues either got laid off or went to other companies because of pressure. However, those who are constantly creating a toxic workplace, they are safe. They somehow survive all the rounds. I can't explain that to myself...
New Jersey
I have a question for those of you who are opting to relocate to New Jersey. How can you be sure you will not upend your entire family, move, start to settle in, just to find yourself laid off a year or two down the line? In general, I'm not opposed... — read more
No vaccine, no promotion
For all those individuals seeking a religious or medical exemption for the vaccine mandate, I was recently told that in order to be eligible for a promotion (Director level) they require being able to return to office (I.e. vaccinated). Keep this in... — read more

The long, winding road
I am as frustrated as anyone with vaccine mandate, relocation, work from work, and less and less people to do the real work. I will have to say my managers are awesome and like a lot of the rest of us just trying to navigate our difficult road -... — read more
Don't leave. Coast.
Frank wants everyone to quit, so he can meet his attrition goal. This is also exactly why he is chomping at the bit at laying off 20% of the workforce for not getting vaccinated. He doesn't care one bit about the vaccine -- he is just using it as... — read more
Really enjoy
Seeing senior execs posting nascar excursions while I lose my job because I won’t move to a location where cost of living makes it a massive pay cut.
The best thing you can do
Is to vote with your feet. If you are that unhappy, sometimes it’s best just to part ways. This will leave you in a better place, and if enough people do it, will have the biggest impact on the company that you are leaving. I’m giving my 2-week... — read more
I'm sick of those people
You know those who whatever they do, even the smallest thing, have a need to make a drama out of it as if they have done something amazing? I dread these people but it seems that it is better to be such a person at Fiserv than the one that really... — read more
Veterans Day
So how many of you Veterans (thank you for your service!) have been told to move or lose your job or had your position eliminated? The chief hypocrite in charge loves to play up Veterans Day (honor card campaign for one) and Fiserv being pro vet... — read more

Amazing job and perfect managers!
Where are you applying?
I'm not sure people will be willing to share this but I'm going to ask anyhow. Where are you applying? I know many, many people are looking for a new job, me included, so I'm wondering what the best options are out there for people coming from... — read more
Professional experience and knowledge don't matter
Praise your manager, don't appear as a threat to him or those above him, and nod yes to whatever you're asked, even if you know it's going to turn into a disaster. If you want to stay safe here, those are the steps you need to take. Nothing else... — read more
“Thou protesteth too much…”
This site has lost credibility as everything at Fiserv is paired in a negative lens but the vocal few…44,000 love the work they do and the colleagues they do it with—-they just don’t troll social media sites and spew negativity…over and out.
My offer leaves me with zero severance
So I’m to to relocate, stay in a dead end role “transitioning” or quit without pay. The relocation option is a joke, I’m not moving. They want me to transition for a year. What kind of miserable existence would that be. I have too much energy and... — read more
I don’t understand this
I’m sorry but I don’t understand the reference I’ve heard here several times. What is an astronaut. I mean at fiserv
What about the next round of cuts?
Why were some people mentioning next week?
It’s ugly
Some executives are protecting their folks and able to stay remote. Lots of shady behavior in the Ohio office while we lose our jobs in other locations. Not going to comment what the people there are doing to save their jobs.
They are convinced that they are never wrong
It's awful, but sometimes it's funny how our management, despite the unenviable situation Fiserv is in, still thinks they're always right, that they're doing great things ... Unbelievable. Perhaps a little self-criticism is needed, if nothing else?
Why
Did fiserv stock fall again today
Get ready all managers and associates
Who have not responded to requests to upload vaccine information or come into the office will be fired for cause in next two weeks…game over.

Are WFH incentive packages worth it?
Packages only are paid out for some WFH if you stay a long time to train a replacement. They are pulling strings on us puppets by the payout of sums of money that, to long timers, it seems worth it. Is that the general opinion? Undecided

Don't worry this much
