I absolutely can’t believe it when they say productivity has dropped. Personally, I have never worked more and been more productive. Since the pandemic started, I have been doing a lot more than I did before the pandemic. I know this is the case with my colleagues as well.
How then is it possible to say that productivity has fallen? I can't believe it at all.

Voltage is crippling all of the products
Frank stop forcing your broken Voltage and Fortify garbage on us! It is making products buggier and less secure.
My team can only keep up coding for regulations. No new enhancements or functionality. What does that tell u. We will keep losing revenue and we will continue getting gutted until we sink.
Depends on who they cut, I guess. Some cuts represent a net increase. The people those people bug, every hour of every day, will do enough additional work in a day to more than offset.
When they gut teams and don't backfill, macro productivity drops. It has nothing to do with WFH and everything to do with horrid management practices. Frank isn't capable of leading. He only knows how to cut costs short term.
Many years ago I had a good position for internal IT support and, with another colleague, we were both closing 1,200 tickets a year. Not bad - we were outsourced out anyway. So being "productive" means nothing. Hope you find another home to be better "productive" and better paid at.
If your team lost 1/3 of their associates due to layoffs and resignations it is delusional to expect productivity of your team to not be impacted.
One must remember that productivity is not an individual measurement.
It is a measure of the output of the entire ant colony.
Soldier on! The queen appreciates.
