How is this human centered?

I am certain GPs and Directors will get a nice fat severance. The rest will get a paltry 2 weeks/year. The folks who will feel the financial pinch more will get less in severance. Not sure how this is human centered.

No wonder why they keep hiring people that refuse to live in St Louis. They can cut us and not feel guilty. Firm is being destroyed by McKinsey and Penny.

What is early retirement at Edward Jones?

I have been hearing that the firm could offer early retirement option to folks near retirement as a part of the reimagine process. What does early retirement mean? It is not like we have a pension program.
