Maybe it's the cr-p pay, the terrible managers, and rapidly sinking culture. Only someone truly desperate would join this circus now.

@fm Since the date is still "After ER" (not even a Phase), that statement holds as much weight as the "We won't adjust our Hybrid arrangement" statements to me. Kicking the can down the road and dangling a carrot 15 feet away.
@fm they’ll have to in order to keep the rats from jumping off the ship. People used to stay here for loyalty, security and the climate…now the only thing keeping them here will be $$ (just like any other company…).
@fm I largely don’t believe it. They like to dangle the ‘higher pay, better LP, more opportunities’ carrot to retain good talent and reduce unplanned turnover.
They say they will be increasing pay and LP after ER. Anyone believe this?
